Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotion, processing may take a bit longer, but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods & Rates

We currently offer priority and expedited shipping options within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. There is an overnight option.

Perishable Products

To ensure the quality of your perishable items (like clotted cream and flavored butter), we ship them with insulated packaging and ice packs. These items are only shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. However, we cannot be responsible for delays by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses (P.O. boxes, apartment numbers, etc.)

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if something is missing, contact us immediately at ButterMeUpNJ@gmail.com or call us at 732-930-1116. Butter Me Up will assist you in your claim. Please take pictures before discarding any products or we will not be able to help with a claim.

During the hottest months we will use our best judgement on shipping your items. We will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup is available at our storefront: 1575 Route 37W Unit 11, Toms River, NJ We also offer limited local delivery-please contact us to confirm availability.
